The phone is called Core Edition because it aims to give a similar experience at a lower cost.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 750G processor, a 6.43-inch 1080p AMOLED with 90Hz refresh, and the OnePlus' OxygenOS built on Android 11. The Nord CE 5G's design and construction are a primary focus. According to OnePlus, the phone is the thinnest OnePlus since the 6T, measuring just 7.9mm in thickness. The OnePlus Nord CE 5G retains the 3.5mm headphone jack. The Nord CE 5G is physically identical to its predecessor, with the same general form factor. The main camera's 64MP f/1.8 sensor can merge four pixels into one for a 16MP 1.4m resolution. A 119-degree ultrawide 8MP sensor and a 2MP depth sensor are also included. A 16MP sensor is employed in the selfie camera.
